  This office has always treated me great. Dr. Caviness is a fantastic doctor who has a wonderful bedside manor and truly takes her time and cares for her patients. she always takes her time and answers any questions. She delivered my son and was with me every step of the way through my pregnancy. I also saw Dr. Smitz which I can also say I had an excellent experience with. I had had some lesser than great experiences with other doctors here but if you find a good one they are AWESOME! The receptionists and nurses are always extremely friendly and helpful. I reccomend Dr. Caviness to anyone I know looking for an exceptional doctor for their entire family.

  At this medical facility the front desk staff are very professional-friendly. The technicians and nurses are on top of their game. The doctor that served "us" is a real human with real compassion. He is the best listener and respects his patients. The facility and the grounds are clean and well manicured. Congratulations Cabarrus County: Thank you for the special treat(ments). You really are the best!
