  I was a walk-in, I showed up at 2pm on a Monday (10/30/2017). I had to wait 3.5 hours to be seen while I suffered in the waiting room. They had only one doctor working there from another clinic. The waiting time was unbelievable. Staff was flustered and unsympathetic rushing me through. Doctor seemed overwhelmed and over worked. Once the doctor finally came in she rushed me out of there, was not sympathetic at all and basically said oh well it has to heal on its own. I will definitely never becoming back because 3.5-4hours is insane for urgent care.

  Everyone was very helpful, caring and made me feel like I was the only patient there. They made my pain stop so I could get better. I will definitely return.

  Absolutely wonderful care. First time here, and I was seen within 40 minutes (including paperwork time). The staff were all friendly, kind, and patient, to the point of fetching me (cold, bottled!) water to help soothe my awful cough while I waited without me even asking. The service was thorough and compassionate. I'll definitely be using them again.
