  I made an appointment with them to continue a procedure that was done at a different dentist and when I showed up, I was not in the system as showing to have made an appointment. Already off to a bad start. I had to take 2 days off in a row to come in the next day to have the procedure done. All is great....until you receive a bill with just an amount due and nothing stating what procedures were done, etc. After I received an itemized statement from the insurance company and reviewing the amounts already paid with cash and insurance, I realize that they have over charged my account. I contact them to straighten out the issue and well guess what?!?! No one calls me back. I even emailed a lady directly ...TWICE, no response. 2 months later I receive a phone call saying I need to pay or its going to collections. I requested an itemized statement AGAIN, and to my surprise, it was never received. A few days later I receive a call from a collection agency trying to collect the full amount of a bill I only should owe half of. I guess math isn't a requirement for being a dentist receptionist.

  Not only the best dentist in the area, but the best dentist I've ever been to. (I'm 40, and my father was in the military, so I've been to a lot.) The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, but also the cleanings are the smoothest I've ever experienced. I tend to have very bad buildup on certain parts of my teeth, and even with this being the case, the cleanings are short, swift, smooth, and above all PAINLESS. I'd drive an hour both ways just to continue going here.
